Dear Joann Fabric Shoppers,

I'm sorry that I have no control over my 3 and 1 year old today! If you hear them yelling as though someone is beating them, well its not a half bad idea! Ma'am im so sorry my daughter attacked your little girl she just wanted the baby doll....maybe i should put a muzzle and handcuffs on her....somedays the thought runs through my head. Oh and sorry my son thinks that the lovely elevator music is break dancing worthy, and he must yell at the top of his lungs as though he were playing marco polo. This is the kind of day that makes me want to put in my two weeks notice and get a real job!!! Can't I just have a time out please?! Needless to say the next time I shop at Joann's I will be all by myself!!

Piper

So these last few days have been rough for Piper! She has shocked her self twice in the last two days.....first time she unplug our fan and tried to plug it back in and she shocked herself and started to cry. The second time was today we have our dvd cord hanging down from the back of the tv we have been rearranging furniture and we moved the dvd player. We were out of the room and all of the sudden she starts screaming...sure enough the cord was wet, i actually got shocked when i touched it. Poor girl! Then she fell down from a chair in the kitchen earlier, she landed on her butt and hit her head on the fridge. I told Izaak a week ago she would be the first of our two kids to end up needing stitches. Lets just hope this string of accidents stop now!! Guess we need to Piper proof the house : (

Sunny day.......

So for the past few days it has been extremly hot!! To the point of taking a shower getting out and needing another shower....so nasty! Yesterday at around 2 it was 84 degrees in our house, so i packed the kids in the car turned up the ac and we went and got milk shakes : ) Today it is another hot day out again 84 degrees in my house....lame! I think the perfect temp. would be right around 75 degrees. Luckly we have two ac units one in our room which doesn't seem to work as well as the one we have in teigan and pipers room. There room is like an ice chest when the rest of the up stairs is around 95! So tonight i think we will be setting up our mattress in the kids room and having a sleep over ; ) Earlier today we got to go crash at holly's house, or maybe i should say holly's park she has a play house, a pool, a slip and slide, a swing set, and a ton more to play with!! Teigan had so much fun play with squirt guns and sliding down a slide into the pool, and piper took claim to the play house she loved it. There was shade for me to sit in and friends to talk to so i was perfectly happy! Oh and i got to hold a sweet little baby : )............well soon i will get around to posting some pictures!

Catch Up

So I haven't posted since christmas....ooops! So lets catch up!! Teigan started preschool in march and had his first graduation in june way to go teigan!! We have visited the zoo many times in the past 6 months! I will tell you one thing keep an eye on teigan if you take him to the zoo.....he hid pipers shoes in the trash can at the zoo and I had to dig them out! I guess thats better then having the whale save your sippy cup but thats a whole other story! Piper has grown up so much in the past 6 months she has been talking so much but only on her terms : ) if you ask her to say something she may refuse but when she wants to talk she chatters away!! We were sitting on the front porch the other day and there was an airplane that flew over head and as clear as day she says PLANE so cute! Although she does some new things that are not very impressive, we will just say the words finger painting and you can use you imagination! Teigan has been talking very well also he had tubes put in his ears in december, i can't believe how well he is doing now! I will add some more later!
